Company
was conceived
in June 2006,
incorporated in 2008 as an LLC and changed in 2010 to a Wisconsin Corporation, for
the purpose of
commercializing next generation technologies to produce biofuels, with a goal of transforming and revitalizing rural economies by introducing
new business models for
biomass utilization.
